I’m a registered nutritionist, naturopath, award-winning author and international speaker with extensive experience as an educator delivering wellness programmes (16 years and 25,000 hours).
I've had my own clinic since 2009 working directly with patients to help them better manage their health problems.
My wellbeing programmes help people experience more energy, better sleep, stronger immunity, greater stress resilience, mental clarity, productivity, happiness and confidence.
I help people build healthy habits that will have the maximum impact, giving them the support to make beneficial changes to their diet and lifestyle
